Perfect weather conditions, warm and a breeze from the south, a bonus for November! Kept it easy and enjoyed it.
The November weather has been excellent. Probably the best running conditions of the year in fact. I think when we get that sudden drop in temp it’s going to hit us hard. But really well done for sticking with the training leading up to the op.

Keep this nice and easy. Focus on good form & efficient running economy. RPE should be around the 3/10 which means you can run and chat.

Great to run with Lindsey, a good chatty run at a pace I certainly didn’t expect
She does like to keep the pace ticking over ๐Ÿคฆโ€โ™‚๏ธ I do my best to slow her down. It’s good to see that training group working from time to time as well.
