Tuesday’s race should be fun. Then you’ve got the bimble. As for Sunday. Well we only have 2 more long runs before the Pier to Pier, so that should be a good incentive to get the time on feet. Rebecca has 150 mins Saturday if you wanted to bring it forward a day and potentially team up (but do 20 less). Keep smashing it Phillipa. Any issues shout.

Try and keep it easy. It all depends on your current level. If slowly adding time to your long run the last 10-20 mins might be tough. Focus on good form.
