I’ve left it blank for now as I don’t want to add anymore stress to a tough week. But if you are able to get anything done, just let me know as the week progresses, and I can update the schedule and track the points. Anything is a bonus this week. I hope you dad is ok 🧡

Thursday isn’t Thursday without a bimble. 70 min Solo bimble with a few sheep for company at one stage. A bit eventful when the tide cutoff the path and climbing rocks became part of the run. Beautiful scenes of snowy mountain tops! From my original plan I see a 3 hr run was on the cards, I’m thinking a mountain instead, got to be a similar effort on my part?🤔 PS the dancing and weights were round the cottage 🤣🤣
Yeah climbling a mountain sounds much more fun than a 3 hour run. Save in on Strava and the HR data will give us a pretty good idea of how many pts it’s worth. Well done on a strong week already. 84pts in the bank so far. The tide cutting you off sounds scary though, please be careful.

7 exercises, 3×15 S&C. (Then mum arrived). Sorry, I’ve been rude, dad is recovering well, a few memory issues, 4 wounds from tumour and lymph node removal. Stubborn like me and back out for walks slowly. Minimal risk yesterday, just a few rocks to clamber over, or I could have just turned round. 😊
Glad your day is recovering well. So that’s where you get it from them. Well done on getting more exercises done. Pretty good week so far, heading into the weekend. So really well done for achieving what you have.

Quality work Su. 14th female and still under the 30 min mark which is also a good mark that the fitness is still in a good place.

3/4 of a mountain, the wind and fog was unforgiving, so we turned back, no enjoyment in that. Very rocky and boggy in places, my watch thought I’d stopped 🙄, hence the 2hr 40 time, actually 2hr 55. 1400ft elevation. Trekking poles were great, and stopped some falls and pressure off the legs. Then we got back, hoovered parents chapel and back out on dog walk with dad, who’s already back out twice a day, albeit slow, he’s 3+ miles a day! So I’ve done 11 😊. We clean and pack up tomorrow, so not sure if time for much else. Hope you’ve had a good week!
Just trying to get my head round how many pts this is worth, but let’s go with 21, as it’s get you to your ideal target of 135pts. Impressive feat, but something which sound quite appealing, especially the more time I spend on the stair climber. Not a bad week thanks. Missed a bit of my own training due to the leg giving me a bit of grief but was asked to lead a run for St.Michael’s Hospice yesterday, so got to meet some of their fundraisers and it was a good opportunity for me to get some contacts locally and leg was fine on that run. Thanks for asking.
