A really good week with 115pts up for grabs. Tuesdays sessions is always a good one. Wednesday with the club and Sunday’s race to look forward too. Hopefully the trip goes really well and you have a fantastic time.

Always a favourite with the team! Keep that first rep at 5k pace and then start to ramp up that speed. Enjoy!
If you have an accurate heart rate, then use that as your main data to determine pace, if not RPE is the best option. Hills are always going to cause them to go too high, unless you are super fit. Finish off with some strides.
If you have accurate heart rate data that is far and away the best guide for this run. Stay in Zone 2 if you can.
