The one obvious admission is the Winter 5k. If chasing a quick time, perhaps compare the forecast for Saturday and Sunday. parkrun will be pacers day, so that could help with a quick one and then you could perhaps pace one of the Bimblers Sunday. Or switch it round and race Sunday and pace 28+ mins on Saturday π€ Let me know. Either way it’s a good week with plenty to look forward include 3 good midweek sessions. Keep up the great work Ben

I had to create a new session for you guys. Have fun. 60 mins easy is perfect in terms of training load. Don’t forget those strides as well (if highlighted)
parkrun is the best!!! Every Saturday at 9am. A great opportunity to push our effort levels and run alongside other people. Make sure you get there nice and early for your WU & Strides. I normally aim for 8:15 to give myself plenty of time.
If you have accurate heart rate data that is far and away the best guide for this run. Stay in Zone 2 if you can.
