Changes made as per feedback. Wednesday morning solo hills is becoming a routine now. Saturday will be exciting. Ignore the session, it;s just the closest I have to what will be you pacing Klare.

My other half has had a cold this week, and I have managed to avoid getting that (๐ค), which I think may be partly down to being in good physical condition!
That was a great week right. Saturday being a highlight. Well done on hitting the targets again Ben. And I tend to agree if we are healthy it can make a big difference. I used to get ill all the time before running and it’s a rarity these days. Just another reason for staying fit.

Big session this! But ideal if you have a hilly race coming up. Focus on good form and don’t go off too hard in rep 1, let the hill make it tough. Good luck! You got this. Run tall & proud.
