Keep being consistent and you will continue to see progress. Hope to see you Tuesday.
Solid week all things considered. Having the plan keeps me so focused and I know what I have to do. Even if there’s a missed session here or there I know I can make the next one and the support of my running peers is always exceptional. Even people I barely know in the Sunday long run group are so motivating and supportive. It also is feeling less uncomfortable on my body running now so I does feel like my performance is moving in the right direction. PS reading your nice feedback from last Tuesday has literally made my day at 6am on this grim Monday morning. I’ve got the Monday morning dreads, so it was nice to feel motivated ☺️ Thank you. Have a great week 🍊🧡
Another fantastic week Lou. The running community is the best. That’s the best thing about it, as well as keeping fit of course. But the actual running itself at times can be tough, but everything that comes with it, makes it so special. Another excellent week, well done.

Maintaining your current 5k pace will get progressively more challenging as a session unfolds. So breaking it down in this nature should allow you to maintain that pace for the whole session.
“Rest days are key. Our body adapts and gets stronger when we rest & recovery. Have a good one!”
60 Mins @ Bimble Pace (RPE: 3)
8 x 100 metre Strides (RPE: 8)
60 Second Recoveries
I had to create a new session for you guys. Have fun. 60 mins easy is perfect in terms of training load. Don’t forget those strides as well (if highlighted)

“Easy means Easy! Not 5k pace, not 10k pace, not even marathon pace. Easy pace!! 😉”
Save those legs for the bigger sessions and enjoy running comfortably among the pack.
Thank you.
