I’ve got the dates blanked out from Saturday through to the following Friday so I guess you must have told me about a holiday. I didn’t write it down sorry ๐คฆโโ๏ธ But if that is wrong let me know. So it’s a light week. If you wanted to add some mins to the easy run that’s an option for more pts or even an extra run Friday before you go away.

If you have accurate heart rate data that is far and away the best guide for this run. Stay in Zone 2 if you can.
A great way to get the heart pumping to some banging tunes. Have fun ๐
Maintaining your current 5k pace will get progressively more challenging as a session unfolds. So breaking it down in this nature should allow you to maintain that pace for the whole session.
