But this is pretty much the biggest weekend on plan before the Serpent, but we can change that if need be over the next few weeks, so doesn’t matter if you do need more time to heal. 21k in 2 hours, nice and easy pace, chatting with my fav running coach ;-)
Yeah nice to chat and have a run out. Makes the times pass much quicker. Anything I write about in my blog this week is just a joke by the way and I never take offence to anything, so don’t worry (it’s much less sinister than I have made this sound πŸ˜‚)

Another 21k, but this time with 340m of climbing and with a couple of the Sunday Runday gang. Pretty warm but manageable.
Decent weekend in the end. Especially given the heat. Would have made those 2 hour runs more beneficial for the fitness levels. Great job Sam.
