I know, you hate me right? On a serious note if the heel is a problem we probably want to rethink the Pier to Pier, we’ve got Romney Marsh lined up which would be a better option as we don’t want to get to the point where running is off the table. So let me know if it continues to be a dick and we can reduce that Sunday long run to something more sensible. If it helps I also have a 150 mins in my plan this week.
