Two key sessions this week. Track and the long run. Get them right and you’ll make the gains we are looking for. Of course the other 3 are still important too. A good chance to work on your 5k pace. If you can hit the quicker end of zone 6, then perfect. Don’t go too fast though, especially in the early reps.

*Need to do the reps on both legs (double the amount)
**2 sets of dumbbells, one in each hand.
You can superset two exercises together. I’ve tried to set it up like that. So you would do 15 reps of deadlifts, straight into 10 reps of Tricep Dips, and then repeat 3 times. Helps save on recoveries and can make the session shorter. It’s not essential, but an option.
If you have accurate heart rate data that is far and away the best guide for this run. Stay in Zone 2 if you can.
