A stretching routine you can do daily to help with your flexibility. 30 seconds for each stretch is plenty.
Ignore the title “15k Race” I put that in as I don’t have a triathlon session loaded up and it’s the same pts, or I believe about the same. It’s been a brutal few months for you but hopefully you still feel ready to have a pop at this event and just take it on with no pressure or expectation. All you can do is your best. It does mark the end of this plan as well, so a week off will be important and let me know if you want to carry on beyond this plan. I’m hoping you do. Any problems let me know. Keep being a warrior Sally.

It’s said that 1 minute of swimming has the same benefit as 1 minute of running. So a nice 45 minute swim replaces an easy 45 minute run and takes away any impact. Ideal if you are struggling a little with injury.

If you have an accurate heart rate, then use that as your main data to determine pace, if not RPE is the best option. Hills are always going to cause them to go too high, unless you are super fit. Finish off with some strides.
