Big session this! But ideal if you have a hilly race coming up. Focus on good form and don’t go off too hard in rep 1, let the hill make it tough. Good luck! You got this. Run tall & proud.

I’ll be doing this Tuesday am as well as pm with the group. Are you planning on doing the Alan Corke? We don’t have it in the plan at the moment. This session is more aimed for those doing that race, but still worth ticking off.

This was very hard today, my legs had no pop, even when I tried to push it in Rep 6 my legs were not happy. Got it done, last rep I just kept running as it was easier than walking.

But how good is this for mindset for hilly races. That ability just to keep going, even when it feels tough and the legs feel heavy. That’s probably the most important asset when it comes to hill running, that mental strength. Excellent work Mark.
