What’s this? Only 2 runs? You’re probably thinking I’ve missed one? Nope. The biggest mistake runners can make is too much too soon. Be patient. Friday will take a lot out of you if working in Z5. So we want to be fresh beforehand and rest afterwards. You can still hit the gym, but from a running point of view we want to build slowly. Patience is the name of the game and you’ll have a much better experience Friday with this approach. Good luck at Rye, fingers crossed the wind is kind.
