A stretching routine you can do daily to help with your flexibility. 30 seconds for each stretch is plenty.
90 mins is a little scary when written on paper. But you did close to 80 at both Brands Hatch and Lake Dorney and these kms can be done at a nice easy pace. Again focus on trying to maintain a relatively easy effort. The main difference as we do more time, is the legs start to ache. You’ll be amazed at how far you can go on tired legs, so don’t let that stop you. A chance to bank your longest run ever. If you need to tweak the schedule at all just let me know. Keep smashing it Abbi.

Keep this nice and easy. Focus on good form & efficient running economy. RPE should be around the 3/10 which means you can run and chat.
The only real mistake you can make here is going too fast. Try and pick a flat route as well. Finish off with the strides. Total time needed is 60 mins.

The biggest mistake we can make with these recovery runs is running too fast. This will mean when our harder sessions come round we are still fatigued and not able to put enough effort in to make the necessary gains.
