I did well on this. Slowly getting back to being faster on my 5ks.
I was very impressed with your time here. It’s great to see that progress and this is done to the Tuesday runs you have been doing. If you can keep sticking to the training then I think you will continue to improve. Long term I think you could be running sub 20 this time next year. But it does mean getting all the sessions done where possible. Great running Patrick.
