We’ve reached the end of this plan and I know it’s been disappointing the last few weeks and it seems that has been a theme with us. You’ve been really unlucky and just when things start to go really well an injury comes along. But I’m really hoping you are keen to stay on as I feel your best running is ahead of you. I really do believe that and there have been signs of that. I’ve made this week a lot easier so you can hopefully ease back into the training. Let me know how things are and Happy New Year.
