A lot will depend if you are doing the Xmas Eve long run? If so, is Monday evening an option for efforts? Perhaps a rare visit to track 🤔 With the recent injury we definitely don’t want to do those 2 back to back. Sunday quite a few of us are doing the EOY 10 Mile race as well. Perhaps that is an option if the ankle has healed? Any problems let me know. Merry Christmas Adrian, to you and your family 🎄
