I have a new stretching routine on the platform I have started giving people too if you wanted to try that whilst you are not running. I’ll add it anyway just so you can take a look. Click on any of the exercises to see a tutorial. Just be careful at first when doing anything new and if you are worried maybe ignore everything I have just said (Jax normally does).
