150 pts. Love that. Romney Marsh 10k Sunday which is a fast and flat one if you did fancy a race? But otherwise keep doing what you are doing. I think if we go beyond this plan (hope we do), having a goal race in mind which allows us to be a bit more specific with the sessions would help and probably bring out the best in you over that distance. My approach is generally pick a different distance for each plan I do, thus giving each one a bit more variety to the last. Keep up the great work Lou and any problems just shout.

A great form of cross trainer for us runners. Use Heart Rate as the main data field here and keep it in Zone 2 for this session. Adjust the level to ensure you fall into that zone.
A chance to build your speed endurance. 10k pace is the target here. Ideal for runners who tend to do 10k races in 50 mins+
A great form of cross trainer for us runners. Find the level which means your heart rate is in zone 2. If you go other that, reduce the level. It’s that simple.
Heart Rate is the key metric here, try and ensure you are working in the right zone. RPE might feel higher on the elliptical to hit that range. It may take 5-10 mins for your heart rate to climb into the right zone whilst you warm up.

A good all round session to work the legs. This is level 2 workout with some single leg exercises and lower reps, higher weights approach. So you want to be strong before doing this session.
It’s important to keep the easy runs easy. Focus on good running form and low heart rate.
