125pts at this stage of the plan is a good target. We will push that over the next few months but no need to do that just yet. Keep ticking off those sessions Lindsey. Any issues with the schedule let me know.

If you have accurate heart rate data that is far and away the best guide for this run. Stay in Zone 2 if you can.
The shorter the rep the quicker you want to go. Start at the faster end of Zone 7 pace and see if you can pick up the speed.
Trust your PT.
Always explain to your PT what else you are doing this week so they can adjust the session accordingly.
If you have an accurate heart rate, then use that as your main data to determine pace, if not RPE is the best option. Hills are always going to cause them to go too high, unless you are super fit. Finish off with some strides.
