Long runs are key. Fuel and hydrate well & join a group if you can.

First run after a week off but good to be back and stretch the legs out. A good long run route because it’s flat but the wind was an extra effort on the seafront during the first half!
Excellent work Lou, good to get back in the game and smash out a decent 2 hour run.
