This is a decent week right? 2 good classes. Your favourite Friday run, a long run and a solid efforts session. It’s a good one to come back to as you can take your time up the hills and not worry about pace. And don’t compare yourself to anyone else there. It’s a strong group, most of whom have been doing efforts every week of late, you’re an Ultra runner as well remember, none of this 5k nonsense. Any problems let me know.

I did my feedback on Fridays session 🙈 the sessions hadn’t been swapped when I wrote it. I can’t seem to change it haha I hate tech. I’ll copy & paste it & change Friday when I get there. So Friday night became Monday night this week. Ran with Sally, bless her heart she definitely takes me under her wing. We saw you all at track. Much better than yesterday’s attempt. Chest felt much better albeit the hills were interesting 🤨
Glad you are feeling better and well done on this run. She did make you do some pretty tasty elevation. If joining us tonight, just be a little wary and no need to push the pace at all. We don’t want to overdo things. I’ve deleted the content for Friday. It was my fault and I cocked up my end so all the schedule feedback was hidden from view so I only saw it when getting back from track last night. Well done though Stacey, a good start to the week.

Well that wasn’t pretty 🤦‍♀️ finished work at 4 so thought I’d just get straight out & get them done, before I gave myself a million excuses not to go. Park View was not my smartest choice, a bit steep really. Over dressed so sweated like a pig! Then I miscounted & added an extra one on park drive, realised the end part of this was even steeper 🤣 & I forgot to log my cool down for you but I promise I did it, it was my favourite part of the session haha
I think Park View is my least favourite road in Hastings. It’s just feels unnecessarily hilly and horrible to drive up. Really well done for getting the session done though. A good option to get out early. 2 runs in a row which is a good sign and a great start to the week so well done Stacey.

Christmas themed class tonight 🎄 Achilles was a little bit niggly yesterday after hills so took things a little bit easier tonight
got to love a festive workout. Perhaps the fact the Friday run came forward meant we crammed a bit more into a shorter space which in turn might be why the achilles is niggly. Keep an eye on that. Great work on the drumming though.

Loved that today. Perfect weather, lots of mud. Best way to start a Sunday. I did just over 2hrs but my Strava has diddled me out of 10mins 😱 probably my walk up beaneys lane
Great work Stacey and thanks for helping Rebecca too. She really enjoyed the run. Good to get back on it this weekend.
