Keep being consistent and you will continue to see progress. Hope to see you Tuesday.

Solid week all things considered. Having the plan keeps me so focused and I know what I have to do. Even if there’s a missed session here or there I know I can make the next one and the support of my running peers is always exceptional. Even people I barely know in the Sunday long run group are so motivating and supportive. It also is feeling less uncomfortable on my body running now so I does feel like my performance is moving in the right direction. PS reading your nice feedback from last Tuesday has literally made my day at 6am on this grim Monday morning. I’ve got the Monday morning dreads, so it was nice to feel motivated ☺️ Thank you. Have a great week 🍊🧡

Another fantastic week Lou. The running community is the best. That’s the best thing about it, as well as keeping fit of course. But the actual running itself at times can be tough, but everything that comes with it, makes it so special. Another excellent week, well done.

Always fun to train in a group. Ask for help if unsure on your technique on the exercises.

Epic fail here because of work. Lot going on atm and couldn’t leave on time
You can only do the best you can with the time you have available. So never see it as a fail.

Maintaining your current 5k pace will get progressively more challenging as a session unfolds. So breaking it down in this nature should allow you to maintain that pace for the whole session.

I just about made it . Work is crazy stressful atm. I try my best to follow the plan but appreciate your support and understanding. Great session and my legs felt like they had a lot in them. That’s a positive sign! Thank you ☺️ great group
I’d like to think I’m your number one fan, so never feel any pressure or expectation from me. I’ll never be disappointed in you, even if you miss sessions, I understand the pressure you have from work. The most important thing is always having you part of the team as you lift everyone around you and I know how it helps you. Really pleased you made it tonight 🧡

Nice Bimble session. It was raining , as per usual on Thursdays at present, so a bit miserable conditions-wise but we did something. Not our best effort and can’t remember why we ran such a weird route. Think it was something to do with not everyone having lights on and keeping to the lampposts but anyway there were some good hills in here so it’s all experience for HHM!
Why does it rain every bloody Thursday right now? It’s very frustrating, roll on the spring. But well done for still getting out there. Great work Lou!!

That weather was most unpleasant and the wind was biting. Klare ran with me and said it was most definitely not pb weather – true – and that we’d possibly not get sub 30 , so not to be too hard on myself but we pushed through and ran and we did get sub 30 plus the fastest time this year for me. Once, many years ago in something like 2018, I did do a park run that began with a 27 minute but that has felt like a dream forever ago and was a one off. I feel that someone like me who runs so much SHOULD be running sub 30 so that made me feel very good today!
Great work Lou!! Sub 30 is a very good level. The average 5k time for women is 38 mins. It’s good to have those targets and it can help with confidence when we hit them. Bonus points banked as well. Lots of them.

Loved today. Same route as last week but it felt less hard going. Probably just better sleep and my mindset, but who knows. Huge group! Reverse way round of the previous Sunday’s loop and we finished quite a bit quicker. I like to think we are one week fitter but maybe it was that there was less rain and wind this week. It felt manageable and not unpleasant and I’m proud/pleased with my stamina on these long runs and easily able to keep up with the group (although that is down to the kind loopers who come back )
Fantastic work Lou. Love the positive feedback. You have been so consistent with these long runs for a while now so deserve for them to feel like this. So happy.
