Plan number 8!! That is so good. Love that. Keep up the excellent work. With the weekend off I have crammed in the runs, if you feel super tired Friday don’t force the 120 mins (90 would be acceptable). But overall a good week with the speed work, strength, easy run, strides and long run. Sometimes I even start to think I know what I’m doing with this coaching lark.
