Great track session Tuesday. Keep it steady as we want to save the legs a little for Sunday. Especially the 1 minute reps as that is where something could go wrong. Speaking of Sunday. I’m planning on pacing Michelle for at least a few kms. She is the same pace as you. So you could run with us for the first part of the race. If I feel ok I will stick with her for the whole run, so it might be an opportunity for us to run together which would be awesome. So long as you don’t mind being on my vlog. Really looking forward to it.

A really good session , really enjoyed , lots of people , harder for you , kept to our group that was even bigger , felling good all goes well for Sunday .
Track is great at the moment. It’s so much better when you have runners of your speed to follow as you then don’t need to worry too much about your own pacing. You did great and feel like you’re well primed to run a strong race on Sunday, hopefully we get to run together for a bit. Well done Allan

Well A SLOW RUM! , thereโ€™s no enjoyment , my back ,knees , leg at sometime or another in the run gave me a bit of jip . No big issues really. I ran keeping in mind the proper mechanics. But as is a bit unnatural.Canโ€™t wait to todo some proper running Sunday , by the way in past I aways had a problem running at a slower pace , my other trainers in the past , they were on line only were always telling me to slow but me knees aways gave me a problem due to the fact they were hitting the ground harder and of course you took more strides to cover the distance, On the 7 January I ran a lot further and a lot quicker around the same course and my heart rate was a lot slower . see you and Jax Friday night x . Oh dear that was for Jax
What? The x wasn’t for me? Well done Allan. See you Friday.

Control what you can. The warm up, strides, getting the early pace right and staying positive when it gets tough. You got this!! If it’s a hilly route do your research.

My race felt good ,ran good , followed my leader ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚. Did great PB , all goes well for the rest of the year . Could have continued. No niggles . Aches or pains tonight . All good
It was a great day right? Especially when the rain stopped. Lovely to run with you and spend time together afterwards. Hopefully in future years we will get a few more of the team down to do that event. But excellent running Allan
