15 POINTS
Always fun to train in a group. Ask for help if unsure on your technique on the exercises.
Another solid week with 115pts up for grabs. I’ve put in a progression run Saturday just for some variety and again another extra 10 on the Sunday run to ensure we hit the targets. If doing the Santa Dash perhaps we can squeeze in the extra beforehand? 🤔 Or maybe switch the long run to Saturday and go for a quick one in the red and white costume.

Pushing beyond that 2 hour barrier is a good mental win. Important to be fuelling and staying hydrated on these runs.
