A stretching routine you can do daily to help with your flexibility. 30 seconds for each stretch is plenty.
Final week of the plan. Whilst perhaps the big result has yet to come, I believe we’ve introduced some really good habits and laid some excellent foundations to kick on. So very hopeful you are keen to go into plan 2. I always recommend a week off in between, or if you have an upcoming holiday we can use that instead. Let me know and if you are staying on I’ll get a form uploaded to the dashboard. This week. 130pts, so a pretty healthy target, and hopefully enough recovery between sessions to execute them well. Any problems let me know. Keep working hard Laura. It’s worth it when the rewards do follow.

If you have an accurate heart rate, then use that as your main data to determine pace, if not RPE is the best option. Hills are always going to cause them to go too high, unless you are super fit. Finish off with some strides.
I’m a big fan of consistent splits. With any race avoiding getting swept away with the crowds is key, so focus on that early pace and hold back, settle into a rhythm. Km 4 is often the hardest, so zone in on 4 and dig deep. You got this!

Great session. If short on time superset a few exercises. Let’s do this 💪
