A stretching routine you can do daily to help with your flexibility. 30 seconds for each stretch is plenty.
A nice mix up this week. Off road on the Tuesday and speed we have parkrun if you like that option? We could swap the two around if you wanted to join the team for hills on Tuesday instead? But it’s pacers day at parkrun so I always like that, it means you can pick a time to run with and it can really help. Keep up the great work Ellie, keep doing the strength work, the stretching and continue to run tall and proud. That posture is definitely something to keep focusing on, if you ever have a smidgen of self doubt, just remind yourself you’ve run London marathon and that should help you run a bit taller ๐งก

So this is a S&C session created just for you. So we can tweak it to best suit your abilities and strength levels. So if there are still any exercises in there you find too challenging, let me know and I can update them.
Keep this nice and easy. Focus on good form & efficient running economy. RPE should be around the 3/10 which means you can run and chat.
If you have an accurate heart rate, then use that as your main data to determine pace, if not RPE is the best option. Hills are always going to cause them to go too high, unless you are super fit. Finish off with some strides.

If you have accurate heart rate data that is far and away the best guide for this run. Stay in Zone 2 if you can.
