It’s possibly just a little lack of conditioning, although I wonder if the speed work might have played a part. So we just need to factor that in, keep an eye on it. I think with marathon training the ultimate goal over the next 8 months or so it’s getting used to niggles. It’s part of being a runner and the key is to try and learn what is jus a niggle and what is a concern. Easier said that done. My golden rule and one I tell my runners is if the pain is 4/10 or less, carry on, if it’s 5/10 or more stop and seek advice. That approach has generally worked well for me over the years and sometimes what seems like a bad issue can clear up pretty quickly. Great work on the run by the way (should have started with that)
