Treadmill run done for 40 mins, a little under 5km. I am not the biggest fan of a treadmill but in this heat it was needed, I just struggle to pace myself and find it feels harder even when my pace is slower. Heart rate added was average.

Done Thursday gym session. Could resist the air condition gym Was a good session. Was able to move stairmaster up 2 more levels. Finished session with yoga stretches.
