Completed this today Friday. It was funeral today so had been a tough day but I needed a session just like this. It got rid of my terrible headache etc that I have had all day. Enjoyed this session. It was hot out there and a rather strong head wind in a number of parts. Stretches done to finish

This was done at the wibbly wobbly log jog, 50 mins not 60 but due to elevation and terrain (very technical with bomb craters to go up and down) HR was a bit higher than it should have been so hopefully it all evens out. Real novelty to feel that fresh at the end of the race.

Much more productive in Shanaโ€™s gym today! Actually enjoyed it! The bent knee calf raise feels a bit awkward. I used 10kg on the squats and split squats I used 5kg. 5kg on the glute bridge.

Pretty slow but did the job! Def try the Single leg Romanian dl’s – the one thing I never miss out, not just for the strength but leg/joint stability. Start just doing action then add progressively. Form over weight I reckon ๐Ÿ‘
