Done this today (Wednesday). Still not in a great place but I’m trying to force myself to get things done and get back into a bit of routine this week. Sleep and fueling is still not great, but am working on it all best I can.
Was nice to be in the air conditioned gym to be fair. Enjoyed the session, I even ended up doing 30mins on the magic stairs after to see what they are like 😃 Actually enjoyed them 😃 Couldn’t have done much longer as like I say I’m not eating great and I started to struggle at 20 mins but I wanted to get to 30.
