New plan and we can do Tuesday evening efforts in the daylight again. How good is that? Keep the other runs easy and smash out the gym work. Any problems let me know. Plan number 11 is a brilliant achievement.

A good speed session and a chance to increase pace as the reps get shorter. Work hard and enjoy!
If you have an accurate heart rate, then use that as your main data to determine pace, if not RPE is the best option. Hills are always going to cause them to go too high, unless you are super fit. Finish off with some strides.
