A really good week. Tuesday with the gang. Saturday’s run you could combine with parkrun. The idea being we want to practice 10k pace ahead of Romney Marsh next week. Any issues just shout but I think if this goes well you will be well set to run a strong time at Romney. Keep up the great work Mark.

Maintaining your current 5k pace will get progressively more challenging as a session unfolds. So breaking it down in this nature should allow you to maintain that pace for the whole session.
If you have accurate heart rate data that is far and away the best guide for this run. Stay in Zone 2 if you can.

Try and keep it easy. It all depends on your current level. If slowly adding time to your long run the last 10-20 mins might be tough. Focus on good form.
