Congrats on your award Ben. Another solid week, just the one main session this week but we add some extra time onto the long run. Keep up the consistency and I feel like you’re primed to run a strong HHM. Recovery week coming up next week.

Wasn’t able to make Parkrun, so did this slightly later in the morning on my own. Was quite hilly route, and did strides at the end.
Parkrun was pretty horrid. Hopefully not as wet and windy when you ran. Well done though Ben.

Pushing beyond that 2 hour barrier is a good mental win. Important to be fuelling and staying hydrated on these runs.

Found that hard. Legs still a bit achy from yesterday. But managed to do it.
Running on tired legs is good training to be honest as come race day, late on the legs are going to hurt, so it’s never a bad thing to be used to that feeling. Another strong run though Ben.
