Managed to do the 5k and came second in it which was a shock, I’d say there is early signs of my leg getting better. Feel like I made the right choice of not going for the second lap.
Didn’t do leg press or seated curl, but did do tib rises and bent knee calf raise, I need these added in atm. Couldn’t do elliptical for 30 AS 2/3 broken! Did 12 on the bike which hurt my leg then 18 on the elliptical but hard to get the heart rate up enough. Nice to do some stuff with you 😘 xxx
I did this, a bit hilly but mostly in the shade and quite slow, it felt quite good. Hot tho! My heart rate stayed below 150, mostly. Can you automatically see my stats on garmin connect, or do I need to share each one with you?
Had a few drinks last night, so didn’t feel great this morning. 3 miles (mostly downhill) to pick my car up, then very easy parkrun, which was kind of like a progression run, as picked up the pace a bit for the way back. About 30 mins each.
Even when I was going very slow it felt more difficult because of heat and my legs were quite achey from the day before! It was a battle to get to the top of old London road – mostly by walking!
Massive struggle today. Felt off from the moment I started running. The heat this week has drained me, stolen sleep and triggered a couple of migraines. Dug deep and almost completed it. Just missing 1 and a half reps. Good job you’re not deducting points this week 🤣 ! Leg work done
