A stretching routine you can do daily to help with your flexibility. 30 seconds for each stretch is plenty.
A bit heavily weighted in terms of the weekend, so see how you feel. We’ve got two good sessions though, the simple speed workout and a quality half marathon session on Sunday as we start to build towards those Autumn halfs. Well complimented with the easy runs, strength work and cross training. Any issues just shout, but keep up the great work. 150pts for the week is big.

Heart Rate should be your focus here, keep within the right zone to get the gains we want from the easy run. Too high and you risk over training and you’ll need more recovery.
*reps/seconds on both sides
*Recoveries: 30 Seconds after the 30 second reps, 60 seconds after the 60 second reps. Simples.
Coach Simon🍊 “Make a note of RPM & the resistance level so you can increase them as you do more sessions.” Recoveries in between intervals are the same as the effort. So 30 and 60 seconds easy pace.

Classic session. Super simple. The end result being you have a better understanding of your current time for a 5K. Work hard and ideally finish each rep a few seconds quicker than your current 5k pace.
Slowly adding time to your longer runs is the way forward. Keep the effort level down and continue to check in with your form.

A good session to practice some half marathon pace. Try not to do the 800s too fast and then make sure you hit HM pace in that final 10 mins.
